We have two farms of our own, and we also work with a community of 36+ farms. We help these farmers improve their organic practices and the quality of their coffee, so that roasters all over the world can appreciate it, and we connect them with roasters in India and around the world.

Hoysala Estate is our first biodynamically certified farm. We grow our coffee here under high tree shade, and we raise our own seedlings in the farm’s scientific nursery. From the moment a coffee fruit is picked, it is handled with care until it is pulped in our vertical pulper, fermented in our tanks, and dried on our proprietary dryers. All of this happens on the farm. We make our biodynamic preparations here too.

Angadi Estate is in Mudigere taluk, with the villages of Jannapura and Gonibeedu alongside it. The farm is certified organic, and like Hoysala Estate, our coffee here grows under high tree shade. Angadi Estate has its own irrigation tank and its own processing facilities.

Beyond our own two farms, we work with a community of 36+ farms across Chikmagalur, Kodagu and Hassan, at elevations between 900 and 1,400 metres. Together, these farms produce over 10,000 bags (60 kg) of Arabica and Robusta. We record and visit every farm, and every lot stays traceable to the farm it came from through processing, curing and bagging, so a roaster buying from us always knows exactly where their coffee was grown.
