Cancellations

Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.

To ensure freshness of the coffee, we aim to produce our coffee mainly against order. Due to this and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders once produced cannot be cancelled. They are also non-returnable, even if unopened.
